Kyowa Kirin International plc is seeking a Head of Portfolio Strategy to lead the EMEA portfolio strategy and maximise value across current and pipeline assets. You will report to regional leadership and influence Global priorities, balancing strategic decisions with patient and commercial considerations.

The role requires senior experience in pharmaceutical strategy, cross-functional leadership, and strong market insight translation.

Formación

Significant experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector is required.
Experience in portfolio strategy, strategic planning or business development is essential.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and evidence generation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
Experience working across Global, regional and local market organisations.

Responsabilidades

Lead enterprise-level portfolio assessments and develop strategic recommendations informing investment priorities.
Assess external opportunities (partnerships/licensing) and advise on portfolio fit and value creation.
Lead regional new product planning aligned with market needs and evidence requirements.
Serve as primary EMEA strategic interface for portfolio governance and decisions.
Advise EMEA leadership and Global stakeholders on strategy, growth opportunities, and portfolio maximisation.
Drive governance processes with clear evaluation criteria and enterprise-wide perspective.
