Formación

• Significant pharmaceutical industry experience in Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, or Health Economics.
• Deep understanding of Iberian healthcare landscape and reimbursement processes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex health systems.
• Experience developing market access strategies and negotiating with external decision-makers.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (local language).

We are seeking a strategic and influential Value & Access Associate Director to lead market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government affairs activities across Iberia.

In this high-impact role, you will work closely with healthcare authorities, payers, policymakers, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal access for Kyowa Kirin's innovative therapies, ensuring patients can benefit from life-changing treatments as quickly as possible.
