Qorvo, Inc. in Spain seeks an International Payroll Specialist to manage payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

They will work with external vendors to process international payrolls and support global payroll initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of international payroll experience, strong data protection practices, and hands-on experience with automated payroll systems such as UKG PRO, Workforce Dimensions, or SuccessFactors.

The International Payroll Specialist is the primary contact for international employee issues and questions related to Payroll. They will work with external Vendors to process International payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
• Collect and validate employee data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes.
• Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Coordinate with internal finance team of disbursements of funds for employees, taxes, and other payments as necessary
• Support implementation of a new global payroll vendor, providing standard methodology, and supporting discovery sessions with key partners.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, including employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions, for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll data integrity and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in global payroll management.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of international payroll experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
• Experience using automated Payroll systems and utilizing a third-party payroll provider
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and excellent follow-up skills
• Strong analytical and math skills to identify issues and problem solve
• Critical thinker to identify areas of improvement and recommend process improvements
• Ability to read and interpret data, information and documents and assess reasonableness
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate Excel skills using pivot tables and V-lookups
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work flexible hours to meet payroll deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll for employees in France, Germany and Spain
• Experience using UKG PRO,Workforce Dimensions, Sucessfactors, Papaya Global
• Basic understanding of French and/or Spanish
