Appian in Spain seeks an experienced Partner Technical Success Architect for the EMEA region to guide GSIs and delivery partners. You will review complex designs for scalability, security, and performance, and mentor partner teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Collaborating with Customer Success and Product Engineering, you will develop reusable patterns and contribute to AI tooling improvements. Occasional travel up to 30% is required to engage with key partners and projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Software Architecture with a track record of large-scale systems.
• Deep proficiency in Database Design, API Integrations, Security Frameworks, Performance Tuning, and Cloud Deployment.
• Experience collaborating with GSIs and enterprise delivery teams across EMEA.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews and establishing engineering best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with partner executives and developers.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to visit partner teams.

Aufgaben

• Guide partner delivery teams across EMEA to ensure alignment with Appian architecture standards.
• Review enterprise designs for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor partner leads, solution architects and developers to build capable teams.
• Collaborate with partner leads, Customer Success, and Technical Support to resolve architecture and performance challenges.
• Help create reusable design patterns, integration blueprints, and AI tooling improvements for partners.
• Provide technical SME support across the partner community via forums, Q&A, and training assets.
• Vet alternate channel solution designs with internal teams for commercial robustness and repeatability.
