TD SYNNEX is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy and growth for the HPE Networking business across Europe, including integrating the newly acquired HPE Juniper portfolio. You will work with the EMEA Senior Director and stakeholders to shape plans and ensure execution across the TD SYNNEX European unit.

You will lead governance, quarterly business planning, and executive reviews, while identifying market opportunities across Datacenter Networking, Security, SMB, Campus, and Services.

Formación

• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Ability to interpret performance data for planning decisions.
• Strategic thinker translating market insight into executable plans.
• Experience leading executive-level teams and driving quarterly reviews.
• Knowledge of networking market products, vendors, and programs.
• Excellent written, verbal and face-to-face communication skills.
• Ability to influence sales teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience building structured sales activity and cross-functional execution.
• Fluency in multiple languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and share of wallet for HPE Networking across TD SYNNEX Europe.
• Lead onboarding of the HPE Juniper portfolio and coordinate with country, regional and global stakeholders.
• Identify market growth opportunities in Datacenter Networking, Security, SMB, Campus, Branch, Routing and Services.
• Governance and cadence setup for EMEA business; report into executive reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing on plans and campaigns; support forecasting and performance management.
• Provide input on purchasing, sales and pricing policy to support profitable growth.
