IQVIA is seeking an experienced M&A lawyer to join the international legal team. You will work on high-impact cross-border transactions in the healthcare and life sciences sector, providing legal support on a range of corporate transactions across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in law or equivalent with active license to practice law.
• At least 6 years of relevant legal experience in cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, preferably in a multinational law firm or in-house.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level advice on the lifecycle of M&A, joint ventures, investments, and reorganisations.
• Draft and review diligence, documentation, and filings for corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development and other internal stakeholders to align legal and business objectives.
• Lead or support integration projects and standardise M&A processes across EMEA.
