Aliaxis Iberia is seeking an International Transportation Planner in Alicante. You will develop and optimize European transportation plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods while collaborating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.

• University degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in transport operations or planning within Supply Chain.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions within defined parameters.
• Strong skills in Project Management, Planning, and Transportation Management.
• Fluent in English plus an additional European language.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% (40–50% during onboarding).

Responsabilidades

• Support the rollout and daily use of the Transportation Management System (TMS) across EMEA.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries.
• Monitor shipments using TMS and tracking tools; resolve issues as they arise.
• Optimize routes, carrier selection, and transport plans to improve costs and performance.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Manage carrier allocation, rate processes, and conduct regular operational reviews; ensure backups.
• Handle daily unplanned transport events and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all transport activities.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and performance metrics.
