Clio seeks a Labour Relations Manager for EMEA in Barcelona. This role focuses on building Clio’s labour relations and employee relations function, especially regarding Spanish labor law compliance, union engagement, and strategic planning.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employment Law.
• Experience in negotiating with unions in Spain.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and drive a labour relations strategy for EMEA.
• Act as main contact with employee representatives and unions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Lead governance of mandatory people compliance obligations.
• Build and deliver training on labour compliance and employee relations.

Conocimientos

Expertise in Spanish labour law

Negotiation with employee representatives

Understanding of collective bargaining

HR Compliance

Fluency in English

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Employment Law

Master’s degree or HR certification
