Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking an Influencer Marketing Lead, EMEA to build and own the creator partnership program across 21 European markets. The role requires sourcing diaspora creators, briefing and negotiating partnerships, and running end-to-end campaigns with a performance and brand hybrid approach.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with deep understanding of culturally embedded creators and strong experience with IRM platforms and paid amplification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in influencer marketing or related field.
• English required; Spanish/French/Arabic a plus.
• Native fluency on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Experience writing briefs and scripts for diaspora audiences.
• Experience with IRM platforms and whitelisting content.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA influencer strategy, calendar, and budget across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Source and vet diaspora creators and regional micro-influencers.
• Develop creator briefs with messaging guidelines and CTAs for each corridor.
• Build creator pipeline using IRM platforms; manage 15–30+ creator relationships.
• Coordinate paid amplification and track CAC/CPA, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Creative teams.
