Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Grid Analyst to connect dots across a multi-country programme, owning the rhythm, aggregating data from multiple workstreams, and delivering a single view of cost, schedule, and capacity for AWS data centers across the EMEA region.

You will build dashboards, surface risks early, and partner with legal, finance, and capacity delivery teams to align cost and schedule. Prior experience in power/utility helps, but clarity from data is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• 5+ years in programme management, energy infrastructure, or related coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain portfolio-level reporting across multiple grid connection milestones and energisation schedules in EMEA.
• Design automated dashboards and KPI frameworks using Smartsheet and QuickSight.
• Drive programme cadence and cross-functional coordination across Legal, Finance, and Capacity Delivery teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Provide analytical context on grid timelines and regulatory requirements to inform decisions.
• Develop reporting dashboards and automated reporting solutions for the portfolio.
