Real-Time Innovations (RTI) seeks a technically adept professional to support Aerospace & Defence customers in the EMEA region. You will work with the Account Manager to drive growth, craft compelling demos, and respond to customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in A&D, strong C/C++, OS/networking knowledge, and excellent English communication. Expect ~20–40% travel and on-site assignments across Europe.

Formación

• BS or higher in a technical field; MS preferred.
• Ability to travel ~20–40% and on-site work required.
• 5+ years in Aerospace & Defense in a technical role.
• Strong understanding of OS and networking concepts.
• C/C++ development expertise and SDLC understanding.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in English.
• Experience designing high-level technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Customer-facing experience.
• EU Citizenship required (data security).

Responsabilidades

• Create presentations conveying RTI value to prospects.
• Organize Proof-of-Concept engagements and build software demos.
• Support proposals to align with customer requirements including RFP/RFQ responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pre-sales blockers and respond to RFPs.
• Document customer technical requirements with Product Management for EMEA needs.
• Develop sales strategies with Account Management and publish technical articles.
• Attend tradeshows and events to present and booth RTI products.
