Real-Time Innovations (RTI) seeks a results-driven professional to support Aerospace & Defense customers in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to drive growth, deliver compelling presentations, orchestrate PoC engagements, and respond to RFPs, while aligning product evolution with customer requirements.

You will travel ~20-40% and on-site work is expected to meet objectives, bringing 5+ years in A&D with strong OS/networking knowledge and C/C++ skills.

Formación

• BS or higher in technical field; MS preferred.
• Ability to Travel (~20-40%) and on-site work is required to achieve job objectives.
• 5+ years in A&D Industry in a technical role (e.g., avionics, naval systems, or related networking).
• Strong understanding of OS and networking concepts (e.g., UDP, Multicast, OSI model).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Experience in a customer facing role is required.
• EU Citizenship is required for security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Create compelling presentations that convey RTI technology value & benefits to prospects.
• Organize and execute Proof-of-Concept engagements and build software demos using RTI products.
• Support product proposals to align with customer requirements including RFP/RFQ responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pre-sales technical blockers and respond to RFPs.
• Coordinate and document customer technical requirements with Product Management for EMEA market needs.
• Develop sales strategies with Account management and periodically publish technical articles showcasing RTI value.
• Attend tradeshows and events to present and staff booths to raise awareness about RTI products.
