Avient Corporation invites candidates for a 24-month European program beginning in Barcelona, Spain. You will rotate through Engineering and related functions, leading CAPEX, design, automation and digitalization projects across the EMEA region and abroad, with a final placement at Avient after the program.

Training, coaching and cross‑functional exposure are emphasized. The program includes visits to manufacturing sites and suppliers, with opportunities to work in Production, Technology, EH&S

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience including internship or university projects.
• Exposure to PLC programming and automation integration is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Join regional engineering team leading the CAPEX process in the EMEA region (30 Avient sites).
• Gain hands-on experience in project management, design development and validation of new equipment solutions with focus on automation and digitalization.
• Support standardization of the CMMS and critical spare parts management.
• Develop data management solutions to streamline processes across manufacturing sites.
• Possible short placement in Production and Technology; exposure to EH&S and Finance.
• Engineering abroad visits to sites and suppliers; cross-cultural collaboration.
