Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead category strategies for PV and BESS across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. You will drive RFx processes, negotiations, and contract awards, delivering measurable cost savings and value.

In a global, cross-functional team, you will partner with business development, engineering, construction and operations to optimize procurement, manage supplier performance, and ensure compliance with sustainability goals.

Formación

• 7+ years of procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships across multiple countries.
• Experience in a matrixed environment across geographies.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement processes including RFQ/RFP issuance, bid evaluation, negotiations and contract award.
• Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage multi-year, multi-region framework agreements and contracts.
• Develop negotiation strategies and gather input from stakeholders across business development, engineering, construction, legal and finance.
• Deliver measurable savings and value outcomes aligned with procurement KPI.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and conduct performance reviews.
