Job summary

Eaton is seeking an EMEA Digital Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale digital infrastructure projects, primarily data centre fit-outs and critical power environments. You will coordinate with customers, engineers and suppliers from PO through project completion, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong electrical background, automation and DCIM knowledge, and up to 25% travel across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Telecommunications Engineering (or related field).
• Master in Project Management or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5–10+ years in customer-facing project and site management, with data centre experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from PO to completion, ensuring EHS, schedule, quality and cost commitments.
• Manage customer contracts and technical specs, aligning with engineering deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact between Eaton and customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks with a formal risk register.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to define deliverables per specs and customer needs.
• Oversee supplier qualification and supply chain activities to ensure quality and competitiveness.
• Support field operations relating to EHS, scope, schedule and quality.
• Travel ~25% to sites across the EMEA region and work from local office or home base.
