Job summary

Eaton is seeking an EMEA Digital Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale digital infrastructure projects across the EMEA region, with a focus on data center fit-outs and critical power environments. You will coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and service organizations to ensure delivery excellence and technical compliance.

The role combines project management with deep electrical/automation expertise and requires travel across the EMEA region, including on-site implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Telecommunications Engineering is highly desirable.
• Master in Project Management or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5–10+ years in customer-facing project and site management roles with data center experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in large-scale, complex industrial projects, especially electrical automation, is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from PO to completion with EHS, schedule, quality and cost commitments.
• Manage contracts and technical specs, ensuring alignment with deliverables.
• Be the primary client contact, maintaining relationships and coordinating with PMs and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with internal engineering to define deliverables per specs and customer needs.
• Coordinate supplier qualification activities with Supply Chain to ensure quality and competitiveness.
• Support field ops related to EHS, scope, schedule, and quality; Site Manager reports to DTPM.
• Drive process improvements based on site feedback and performance data.
• Travel 25% for site visits and project milestones within the EMEA region.
