SAP is seeking a Digital Demand Process Lead based in Barcelona, Spain to shape the demand management and generation landscape for EMEA. The role blends analytics, consulting and project management to optimize tools, processes and vendors across markets.

You will work with Demand & Sales teams, vendors, and regional/global counterparts to harmonize standards while allowing local flexibility. This position requires English fluency, a related degree, and 1–2 years in B2B demand generation or sales

Formación

Based in Barcelona, Spain (mandatory).
Fluent in English (mandatory).
University degree in Business Administration, IT, Digital Transformation or similar.
1-2 years in B2B demand generation, sales, or sales operations.
Experience with segmentation, profiling and engagement tools.

Responsabilidades

Own and evolve the EMEA tools, vendors, and process landscape for demand management and generation.
Lead vendor management and optimization, including pilots and evaluations.
Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing tool usage and adoption.
Drive regional standardization while accommodating local market needs.
Manage cross-functional projects related to tools, data and processes.
