Job summary

DuPont in Spain seeks an experienced EMEA Credit Operations Team Leader to lead a team of Credit professionals and drive credit performance across the region. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of Credit and Collections activities, ensure effective portfolio management, and empower your team to deliver against key Credit objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience leading, coordinating or developing teams is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Credit professionals with accountability and collaboration.
• Set priorities and manage workload and resources effectively.
• Oversee day-to-day Credit and Collections activities and KPI monitoring.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to strengthen O2C.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation and continuous improvement.
