This senior leadership role requires at least 8 years of channel management experience and a proven record in building partner ecosystems. The successful candidate will manage a team and engage with partners to drive measurable business impact and growth. This position involves significant travel across EMEA and necessitates strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of channel management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• At least 5 years leading channel teams across multiple markets.
• Experience managing 3 or more direct reports in revenue generating roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the channel strategy across EMEA and guide partner engagement.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Channel Managers.
• Build relationships with resellers and distributors.
• Drive pipeline growth and forecasting.
• Represent Pentera across partner events.
