Cemex is seeking a Trading EMEA Advisor to manage surplus capacity and sourcing for cementitious products and raw materials across EMEA. You will drive trading activities, build strategic supplier and customer relationships, and support regional trading strategy while ensuring profitability and supply security for Cemex operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, International Business).
• MBA or related Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trading, Commercial, Planning, or Supply Chain in an international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sales and purchase of cementitious products and raw materials across EMEA.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Shipping, Operations, and Planning teams.
• Develop annual strategic agenda for Cementitious and Other Raw Materials in EMEA.
• Build long-term relationships with suppliers, customers, traders, and market stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, including products, markets, and trading initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence and research to support regional and global strategies.
• Analyze availability and demand trends for cementitious products and raw materials.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and ensure product availability.
• Oversee transfer pricing, performance, and compliance with Trading Guidelines.
