Alten Delivery Centre Spain is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer – C++/Python / Linux for the automotive sector to join an international team of engineers.

You will work on embedded real-time software, contribute to Linux or QNX based projects, and collaborate across regions. The role offers a flexible schedule with potential for remote work and ongoing professional development.

A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years' experience are typical; strong problem solving and English at B2+ are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience minimum.
• Strong knowledge of C++ programming and OO concepts.
• Python proficiency.
• Familiarity with Linux or QNX operating systems.
• Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, UDP) and IPC.
• Interest in embedded real-time software and automotive standards.
• Good problem solving and debugging skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to automotive software standards.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 YoE (min).
• Good knowledge of C++ programming and object-oriented concepts.
• Kownledge of Python.
• Familiarity with Linux or QNX operating systems.
• Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, UDP) and inter-process communication.
• Interest in embedded systems and real‑time software.
• Good problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to automotive software standards.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AUTOSAR concepts (Adaptive or Classic).
• QNX operating systems.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous project experience in automotive software.
