GE Vernova is seeking an Embedded Software Development Engineer to design, implement, and maintain embedded software on Linux-based platforms. You will work closely with hardware teams and global colleagues to deliver secure, high-performance solutions for demanding industrial environments.

The role emphasizes full-cycle embedded development, strong C/C++ expertise, and hands-on experience with virtualization, microservices, and modern DevSecOps practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven, extensive experience in the full-cycle development of embedded systems.

Responsabilidades

• Architects, designs, and leads the development of embedded software components or products, including networks, OS, cybersecurity, databases and virtualization.
• Leads architectural design sessions and translates complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with product release goals.
• Maintains high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and robust unit testing frameworks.
