Job Description

We are seeking an Email Outreach and Automations Specialist with creative thinking, hands‑on expertise, and excellent English communication — with proven experience in:

  • Setting up and executing cold outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and partnerships
  • Creating newsletters and targeted email blasts to engage and convert existing subscribers
  • Building advanced automation flows based on user behavior and segmentation (e.g., users viewing bartender jobs in Miami receive relevant follow‑up campaigns)
  • Setting up clear monthly goals, tracking performance metrics, and creating detailed reports to measure success
Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through strategic cold outreach and follow‑up automation
  • Ensure qualified candidates return to the platform and complete their profiles through behavior‑based reactivation campaigns
  • Get hiring managers to post jobs consistently through targeted email communication
  • Grow and engage our email subscriber base with valuable and relevant content
  • Improve retention and re‑engagement through continuous testing and optimization of automated sequences
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, outreach, and automation strategy
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Proven hands‑on expertise in cold email tools and automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization best practices
  • Ability to design complex user behavior‑based automation workflows using event triggers and data segmentation
  • Experience creating high‑ converting email copy for outreach, newsletters, and automated sequences
  • Deep knowledge of email analytics and reporting (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates)
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve personalization, targeting, and efficiency
  • Strategic and organized mindset — able to plan, implement, and continuously refine campaigns to achieve defined goals
