Degusta Box is seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Intern to support our Acquisition Department from Barcelona. You will help design email templates, craft campaign content and optimize segmentation and tracking to drive performance.

Ideal candidates are studying Digital Marketing, Economy or Data Analytics, with professional English and a willingness to learn. This full-time, six-month internship offers a structured program, a central Barcelona location and social events.

Formación

• Six-month internship minimum, 40 hours per week.
• Currently studying a degree in Digital Marketing, Economy or Data Analytics.
• Professional level English; Spanish or German a plus.
• Good level of Excel.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, email marketing or CRM tools is a plus.
• Available to join our team in Barcelona as soon as possible.

Responsabilidades

• Design visually appealing, on-brand email templates optimized for devices and clients.
• Collaborate with the team to create campaign content.
• Monitor segmentation performance for optimization and A/B testing.
• Improve targeting strategies using user behavior and campaign results.
• Test email flows, payment systems and landing pages to identify issues.
• Validate tracking and ensure attribution in analytics tools.
• Quality checks to ensure error-free user interactions.
• Monitor competitor campaigns to gather CRM insights and inform planning.

THE ROLE

Our Email Marketing & CRM Intern will be supporting our Acquisition Department in various responsibilities aimed at facilitating improvement and goal attainment. These responsibilities include tasks such as managing discount codes, overseeing web content, conducting research, and tracking performance metrics, among others.

We want you to join us in developing and further strengthening our presence in these markets while working alongside a fun-spirited and dedicated team.

YOU WILL

• Assist in designing visually appealing, on-brand email templates optimized for various devices and email clients.
• Collaborate with the team to incorporate engaging, campaign-specific content.

• Monitor segment performance to identify opportunities for optimization and A/B testing.
• Contribute to the improvement of targeting strategies by leveraging user behavior and campaign results.

• Test email flows, payment systems, and landing pages to identify and resolve issues.
• Validate tracking and ensure proper attribution within analytics tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all user interactions are error‑free and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Monitor and analyze competitor campaigns to gather insights on CRM strategies, trends, and innovations.
• Share findings with the team to enhance bench marking and strategic planning.

THIS IS YOU

• You are available for a minimum six‑month internship, 40 hours per week.
• You are currently studying a degree in Digital Marketing, Economy or Data Analytics.
• You speak a fully professional level of English. A Proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus!
• You have a good level of excel.
• You are highly analytical and have great attention to detail.
• You have strong written communication skills.
• You are good at multitasking and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, email marketing, CRM tool or Tableau, is a plus (but is not required).
• You are able to join our team in Barcelona As Soon As Possible.

WHAT DO WE OFFER

• Internship remuneration of 600€ gross/ month (485€ if you are not tax resident in Spain).
• Performance bonus of up to 100€ gross/ month.
