Job summary

Grupo Crit is expanding its R&D team in Jaén, Andalucía, seeking an electronics/embedded engineer with 3+ years in hardware or drivers to grow into a technical project leadership role in automotive technology.

You will lead driver product development, coordinate hardware, firmware, and embedded activities, and serve as the technical interface with customers, with a hybrid work model and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, Automation or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics, hardware, embedded, drivers or similar.
• Technical background is essential — not a pure PM role.
• Interest in automotive and drivers.
• Residency in Jaén or willingness to relocate to Jaén.
