TikTok Shop is seeking an Electronics Account Manager (Chinese Speaker) based in Madrid. You will identify and onboard electronics merchants, advise on pricing and assortment, and drive growth through GMV targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires fluency in Chinese, Spanish and English, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in e-commerce or related industries. This is a regular, on-site position in Madrid.

Formación

• Fluency in Chinese, Spanish and English.
• Experience in Account Management or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Spanish e-commerce/Electronics landscape.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, acquire and onboard high-potential Electronics merchants and brands across key subcategories such as household appliances, smartphones, consumer electronics, computing & gaming, smart home, etc.
• Support merchants with business model recommendations, assortment and pricing strategies, creator affiliation, platform education and operational readiness. Build mid- and long-term account plans to help them grow sustainably on the platform.
• Own GMV targets and consistently drive merchant performance through data analysis, experimentation and iteration.
• Analyze the Spanish Electronics market, consumer trends, product life cycles and subcategory performance to identify strategic priorities and new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with merchants to optimize key growth levers, including product selection, pricing, stock availability, campaigns, Affiliate, short video, LIVE and Ads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers to help partners develop relevant, engaging and conversion-driven content on the platform.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Operations, Marketing, Logistics and Compliance teams to solve merchant challenges and ensure a strong customer experience.
• Own internal projects that contribute to the development of the broader e-commerce ecosystem.
• Develop initiatives to continuously improve category competitiveness, including product assortment, pricing, merchant quality and content supply.
