Formación

• Qualified and experienced Electrical Tester.
• Experience in commercial or industrial environments.

Job Title: Electrical Testers – London (£32 per hour)

A leading electrical contractor is currently seeking experienced Electrical Testers to join their team on site-based projects across London.

These are site-based roles, where successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out testing, inspections, isolations, and energisations as part of large-scale electrical installations.

On occasion, Electrical Testers may also be required to oversee a small team of testers or take responsibility for controlling a designated area of work, ensuring all activities are completed safely and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing, inspection, isolation, and energisation activities on site
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and site safety requirements
• Maintain accurate test documentation and records
• Liaise with supervisors and project managers to report progress and issues
• Occasionally oversee or coordinate other testers or designated work areas

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced Electrical Tester (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent preferred)
• Strong understanding of BS7671 wiring regulations
• Experience in site-based testing within commercial or industrial environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team

Pay & Package

• £32 per hour CIS - You can also look at a PAYE rate
