The role involves improving customer satisfaction through data analysis and resolving issues in powertrain and electrical systems. Formación

At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are seeking an experienced and versatile Electrical Engineer to join our Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) in Valencia.

Are you specialists in any of the following positions? Powertrain systems, electrical systems, and connected services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Powertrain Systems
    • Improve customer satisfaction and warranty performance through data analysis and issue resolution.
    • Support implementation of corrective actions and design changes for powertrain systems.
    • Develop, validate, and launch cost reduction and design changes in model year programs.
    • Lead and support F4 Powertrain 6‑Sigma projects.
  2. Electrical Systems
    • Improve customer satisfaction and warranty performance through data analysis and issue resolution.
    • Support implementation of corrective actions and design changes for electrical systems.
    • Resolve internal plant quality indicators and assembly process issues.
    • Lead and support F3 Electrical 6‑Sigma projects.
  3. Connected Services
    • Ensure compatibility of TCU / ECG programs in current and future vehicle models, including new software versions.
    • Provide support for building events, troubleshooting, and software updates for TCU / ECG integration, functionality, and cloud connectivity.
    • Investigate and support troubleshooting for vehicles with TCU and, if equipped, ECG module.
    • Collaborate with the ECG / TCU team in the EU and NA.
  4. Vehicle Engineering
    • Identify and define unresolved and potential customer concerns.
    • Manage quality-related issues reported through various processes and develop immediate corrective actions.
    • Support plant launch activities.
    • Act as the single point of contact for executing production alerts in WERS.
    • Maintain ownership of WERS concerns and drive them through the approval process.
Requirements to Join Our Teams
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
  • Experience interpreting CAE simulations (Moldflow, static tests, dynamic tests, etc.).
  • Previous experience working with 5d, G8d, 6panel, TCE Vismock-up, Catia.
  • Knowledge of AIMS, WERS, GD&T and FMEA.
  • Deep knowledge of protocols CAN: KWP2000, GGDS / UDS and ISO 14229, 15765, 15031.
  • Experience in TCU (Vehicles, cellular and Backend-network).
  • Fluent in English.
