K-LAGAN in Spain seeks an Electrical Engineer (PMC) to lead building electrification within a steelmaking project. You will oversee LV/MV distribution, review drawings, and coordinate with EPC/EPCM partners to deliver safe, compliant electrical systems.

The role emphasizes project management, technical assurance, and site supervision during installation, testing, and energization, with a strong focus on HSE and stakeholder coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; master's preferred.
• Experience in industrial projects (steelmaking, metals, mining) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, protection relays, transformers, motors, VFDs, UPS and earthing.
• Experience in PMC, EPC, or EPCM environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards and vendor data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical engineering oversight for LV/MV power distribution, substations, switchboards, and building-related systems.
• Coordinate with EPC/EPCM contractors on deliverables and changes.
• Review design documents, single-line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, protection philosophies and vendor data.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and project specs.
• Lead 3D model coordination across electrical systems with other disciplines.
• Monitor progress of engineering, procurement, FATs, SATs and construction activities.
• Provide site supervision during installation, testing, commissioning and energization of equipment.
