Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and market share.

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.
• Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Represent the company professionally at trade shows and industry events.
