Cosmo International Fragrances is seeking an IT Specialist Europe & Asia to join our international IT team. You will provide first- and second-level support across Europe, helping maintain our IT infrastructure and support production and laboratory IT systems.

The role covers Windows, Mac and barcode devices, AD and VM management, and network services across several sites in Europe and beyond. Fluency in English preferred with additional French a plus.

Formación

• Approximately 5 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Infrastructure.
• Experience in an industrial or commercial environment is preferred.
• Experience across Windows Server, AD, networks and VM environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to users across Europe.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows, Mac and barcode devices.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, DNS and TCP/IP networks.
• Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, VMs, backups and security solutions.
• Support production and laboratory IT systems and maintain docs.
• Contribute to international IT infrastructure projects.

At Cosmo International Fragrances, we create fragrances and ingredients for some of the world's leading brands. With operations across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas & Asia, technology plays a key role in supporting our growth and innovation.

We are looking for an IT Specialist Europe & Asia to join our international IT team and provide technical support across our European sites while participating in exciting infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

What will you do?

As part of our IT team, you will provide first- and second-level technical support to users in Spain, France, Dubai, Singapur and Hong Kong, ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Help Desk support (on-site and remote) for end users.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows, Mac and barcode devices.
• Supporting network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs).
• Managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtual machines, backups and security solutions.
• Supporting production and laboratory IT systems.
• Managing IT hardware inventory and spare parts.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Participating in international IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

What are we looking for?

Experience

• Around 5 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Infrastructure within an industrial or commercial environment.
