Empresa Realitat Virtual in Palma is seeking an Educational Instructor to guide primary students into VR/AR experiences and develop computational thinking through creative programming and immersive tech.

You will create engaging sessions, prepare materials, and travel between three Palma centers to deliver lessons and set up equipment. A university degree and passion for teaching are required; training on software will be provided. English of at least B1 is expected.

Are you passionate about technology and teaching young learners? Empresa Realitat Virtual is looking for an enthusiastic Educational Instructor in Palma to guide primary school students into the exciting worlds of virtual reality and augmented reality. In this role, you will lead engaging extracurricular sessions designed to develop computational thinking through creative programming and immersive tech.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Creating and guiding virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) environments using dedicated educational software
• Fostering computational thinking, problem-solving, and digital creativity among primary school children
• Preparing lesson plans and educational materials (allocating 2 hours weekly for prep work alongside 6 hours of direct instruction)
• Transporting and setting up the necessary technical equipment across three designated educational centers in Palma

What you bring to the role:

• A completed university degree (Bachelor's or second-cycle degree)
• A genuine passion and vocation for teaching primary school pupils
• Strong interest in technology and modern digital tools (full training on the specific software will be provided by the company)
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
• A valid driving license and your own vehicle are highly valued to easily travel between school locations

What is offered:

• A 9-month discontinuous fixed contract (fijo discontinuo) starting on October 1, 2026
• Part-time schedule of 8 hours per week (consisting of 6 teaching hours and 2 preparation hours, adjusting to 4 hours per week in June)
• Working timetable: Mondays and Fridays from 13:00 to 14:00, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 13:00 to 15:00, and Wednesdays from 12:15 to 13:05
• Gross salary of 275 euros per month (approx. 2,200 euros annually), plus an extra month bonus at the end of the school year upon completing the contract
• Comprehensive onboarding and software training provided by the company
