Empresa Realitat Virtual in Palma seeks an educational leisure instructor to guide primary school students into programming, virtual reality, and augmented reality as part of extracurricular activities.

You will deliver beginner-friendly workshops across Palma, preparing lessons and coordinating weekly teaching and preparation hours. The role runs for 9 months (October–June) with a gross salary of 275 EUR per month plus a year-end bonus upon contract completion.

Formación

• Requires a completed university degree or vocational training in Early Childhood Education, DAM, or DAW.
• Candidate should have a genuine passion for teaching primary school children.
• English language proficiency at level B1 or higher is required.
• Interest in technology and digital tools; software training provided by the company.
• Having a driving licence and own vehicle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building virtual and augmented reality environments through beginner-friendly programming.
• Teaching extracurricular workshops across three primary education centres in Palma.
• Preparing lesson materials and coordinating 6 teaching hours plus 2 preparation hours each week.
• Transporting and setting up the necessary technical equipment at each educational centre.

Requirements

• A completed university degree or relevant vocational training in Early Childhood Education, Multi-platform Application Development (DAM), or Web Application Development (DAW).
• A genuine passion for teaching primary school children.
• English language proficiency at level B1.
• An interest in technology and digital tools (software training will be provided by the company).
• Having a valid driving licence and your own vehicle is an advantage.

What you can expect

• A seasonal fixed contract (fijo discontinuo) lasting 9 months, running from October to June.
• Part-time workload of 8 hours per week with a set schedule (Mondays and Fridays from 13:00 to 14:00, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 13:00 to 15:00, and Wednesdays from 12:15 to 13:05).
• Gross salary of 275 EUR per month (approx. 2,200 EUR per year) plus an extra monthly bonus at the end of the school year upon completion of the contract.
