English Plus is seeking a dynamic coordinator to lead a large team of teachers and school coordinators in Madrid. The role focuses on building an engaging curriculum based on Project Based Learning to heighten student interest and participation.

You will oversee recruitment, conduct inductions, and lead regular strategy meetings with heads of didactics to align goals. A strong leadership background and English at C1 or above are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English at C1 or higher.
• Experience leading teams and managing recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 60-70 teachers and 5 school coordinators, and oversee recruitment.
• Create an effective curriculum based on Project Based Learning to boost student engagement.
• Lead weekly meetings with school head of didactics and centre coordinators to set annual/monthly goals.
• Conduct academic induction and topic-based workshops; guide teaching staff performance.
