Qualifications

• Must have a strong level of English (C2 or equivalent).
• Upper-intermediate level of Spanish (B2 or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of teachers.
• Plan and manage class schedules.
• Deliver classes and coordinate cover for absences.
• Monitor academic quality through observations and feedback.
• Run regular team meetings and contribute to performance reviews.
• Work closely with centre management on daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with students.
• Coordinate teacher schedules and holidays.
• Support and promote school events.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence with digital tools and systems

Education

Degree (or equivalent experience)

Teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL)
