MDPI is seeking an Editorial Trainee in Barcelona who will work closely with Managing Editors, learning to process papers from submission to publication. This position offers a clear pathway to an Assistant Editor role after successful completion of the traineeship.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Molecular Biology or related fields, advanced MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. The role includes organizing manuscript reviews and communicating within the publication process.

Formación

• PhD degree in relevant biological sciences required.
• Experience in scholarly publishing is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Managing Editors on processing papers.
• Organize the review process for manuscripts.
