TP in Madrid is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented specialist to manage seller logistics operations. You will ensure high efficiency in order fulfillment (DBM/DBS/FBM), handle exceptions, analyze performance data, and support seller onboarding to drive service quality and retention.

This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment with opportunities to optimize fulfillment metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams while growing within a dynamic company.

Formación

• Proven background in e-commerce operations, logistics, or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables and VLOOKUP; quick to learn internal tools.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and cross-functional communication.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations: Execute order status updates, resolve exceptions, and clear backlogs within SLAs.
• Data & Reporting: Perform weekly seller reviews and monthly deep-dive analysis on fulfillment metrics.
• Project Support: Assist in seller onboarding, create/update SOPs and tutorials, and collaborate with Tech on UAT and bug fixes.
• Campaign Management: Monitor top-seller performance and manage backlog reminders during peak campaigns.
