Atlas Copco in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Warehouse Professional to ensure smooth material flow, optimize storage, and support production lines. You will handle packaging, inventory accuracy, and logistics coordination in a hands‑on role.

The position requires experience in warehouse or logistics activities, familiarity with SAP and ERP systems, and a forklift license. You will work on-site at our Madrid office and contribute to safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or materials management.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Forklift license and warehouse equipment handling experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate national and international shipments and collections of materials.
• Manage and follow up transportation incidents with external carriers and logistics providers.
• Maintain and update material entry databases accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate delivery notes and standard order documentation.
• Process incoming materials from external suppliers in SAP.
• Perform physical stock control activities and support periodic inventory counts.
• Organize, label, and store materials correctly within warehouse locations.
• Load and unload materials safely from transportation carriers.
