Publicis Groupe España is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to manage product catalogs across Amazon and other marketplaces. You will optimize listings, ensure accuracy, and resolve catalog issues to boost digital shelf performance.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketplace Operations, eCommerce Content Management, Catalog Management, or Digital Shelf Execution.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or similar marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce catalog structures, content quality, SEO, and marketplace policies.
• Experience managing high-volume operational workflows and troubleshooting catalog issues.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large product datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain and optimize product listings, PDP content, and enhanced content assets.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with marketplace guidelines; optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords.
• Monitor catalog issues, suppressions, errors, variation problems, and perform updates and launches.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Track KPIs such as stock, conversion, Buy Box, rankings, reviews; produce regular reports and insights.
