Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to manage product catalogs across Amazon and other marketplaces. You will optimize listings, ensure data accuracy, and support SEO-driven content to boost discoverability and conversions in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

This role requires strong marketplace operations experience, hands-on use of Vendor/Seller Central, advanced Excel skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketplace Operations, eCommerce Content Management, or Digital Shelf execution.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central platforms.
Strong understanding of catalog structures, content quality, SEO, and marketplace policies.
Experience handling high-volume workflows and catalog troubleshooting.
Excellent organization and attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and optimize product listings, PDP content, and enhanced assets.
Ensure information accuracy, completeness and compliance with marketplace guidelines; optimize titles, bullets, descriptions and keywords for discoverability.
Monitor catalog issues, publication errors, variation problems, and attribute conflicts; manage assortments and launches.
Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Track KPIs: stock, conversion, Buy Box, ranking, ratings; identify optimization opportunities.
Produce regular reporting and insights to support decisions and growth.
