Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced SRE to join a fully remote, distributed team. You will manage large-scale production environments across multi-clouds, implement robust monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and drive automation with Python.

The role requires strong self-management in a fast-paced cybersecurity setting and close collaboration across time zones. You’ll operate with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, contribute to incident response, and support on-call

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SRE roles in production environments at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform in production.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Experience building and configuring monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Flux).
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and operate large-volume, global production environments across multiple cloud providers.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents triggered by automated alerting systems.
• Drive end-to-end troubleshooting across complex distributed systems.
• Design and improve monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Collaborate with CX/CS/Engineering to ensure reliability and performance.
• Work hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps tooling.
• Develop and maintain automation and tooling in Python.
