Serco Space Services - Europe Careers in Spain is seeking a Solutions Lead to support the DestinE ecosystem. You will shape service attractiveness, adoption, and long‑term operations by coordinating across engineering, operations, and business teams.

Formación

Minimum 3 years in digital services or platform projects.
Experience with service lifecycle activities, adoption, operations, or improvement.
Ability to translate user needs into actionable recommendations.
Proven reporting and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Support the definition and evolution of service attractiveness, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
Develop and maintain Long-Term Operations Plans (LTOP) and engagement strategies.
Analyze user needs, market trends, and feedback for service improvements.
Prepare documentation, demonstrations, and training content to support adoption.
Collaborate with technical teams, operators, and end users for readiness and transition.
Monitor KPIs and service performance; report findings and propose actions.
