Toprecroot seeks an Investment Associate / Principal to join a venture capital platform focused on early-stage technology companies in Spain.

You will source, evaluate and execute opportunities, conduct market and financial analysis, and prepare investment materials while supporting due diligence and portfolio company growth, all while building strong relationships with founders and the Spanish ecosystem.

Formación

• Experience in venture capital or early-stage investing.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities within Spain.
• Conducting market, company and competitive analysis.
• Developing investment theses and supporting financial analysis.
• Preparing investment committee materials and investment recommendations.
• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution.
• Monitoring and supporting portfolio companies post-investment.
• Building relationships with founders, investors and other ecosystem participants in Spain.
