Toprecroot seeks an Investment Associate / Principal to work with the investment team across sourcing, evaluation and execution of opportunities in Spain. You will support portfolio companies and build relationships with founders and investors to grow the platform.

Given the early-stage focus and varied exposure, you will contribute to market analysis, investment theses and due diligence, while helping drive the platform's network in Spain.

Formación

• Sourcing early-stage investment opportunities within Spain.
• Conducting market, company and competitive analysis.
• Developing investment theses and supporting financial analysis.
• Preparing investment committee materials and recommendations.
• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution.
• Monitoring and supporting portfolio companies.
• Building relationships with founders, investors and ecosystem participants.

Responsabilidades

• Source and evaluate early-stage opportunities in the Spanish ecosystem.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to inform investments.
• Develop investment theses and conduct financial analysis.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and recommendations.
• Assist due diligence and execution of transactions.
• Monitor portfolio companies and provide ongoing support.
• Foster relationships with founders, entrepreneurs and investors, expanding the platform network.
