Quantion, a Business Digital Transformation services company, is looking for a Scrum Master to join our Tech Team in Barcelona. You will promote agile values, coach teams, and support Product Owners to deliver customer value in an international environment.

You will be a servant leader, remove impediments, foster collaboration and continuous improvement, and drive high‑quality solutions with speed. This role offers growth in a diverse and energetic workplace.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile team.
• Strong agile mindset and ability to implement agility in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban in software development contexts.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador for agile values and promote an agile mindset and frameworks.
• Coach product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value.

We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.

What will you do?

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks


• You will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value


• You will be a servant leader with a strong hands‑on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them


• You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict


• You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions


• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions with speed


• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community


• You will work in an international environment with a diverse team

What you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team


• Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross‑functional teams


• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban


• Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it


• Very good command of the English language
