Capitole Consulting in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team developing next-generation Digital Products for connected healthcare. You will mentor and facilitate cross-functional teams, helping shape products that meet demanding healthcare standards.

You will collaborate with Data Analytics, IoMT, and design colleagues, drive Agile transformations, and ensure team health, momentum, and effective stakeholder communication in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Scrum/Agile frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptable to executives and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive change within the team and product scope.
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team working on next-generation Digital Products for connected healthcare. You will act as agile mentor and facilitator for a cross-functional team, helping shape products that meet the demanding standards of our healthcare partners and customers.

• Support the team and take ownership of the team's overall health.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on application of Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences, including executives and customers.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
• Ability to drive change within your team and product scope.
• Passion for agile topics, with the drive to motivate the team and sustain momentum.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies.

Considered a plus

• Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks for scaling agile teams.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
