JA Solar is seeking a Team Lead – Digitalisation Europe to spearhead end-to-end digital transformation across PV and BESS value chains in Madrid, Munich or London with 50% home office. You will manage a cross-functional team of digital product managers, analysts and tech specialists, driving delivery across ERP, CRM and data platforms.

The role requires 7–10 years in digital transformation with leadership experience, strong English (C1) and knowledge of SAP/Salesforce.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics, or a related field with a strong digital/tech focus.
7–10 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data and analytics, AI-enabled solutions, IT systems, or process optimisation in renewable energy/industrial sectors.
Proven experience in leading digital or cross-functional project teams or coordinating complex digital initiatives.
Strong understanding of PV module business and/or BESS project workflows (sales, engineering, EPC, O&M).
Experience with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and data/analytics platforms.
Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex cross-functional projects.
Fluency in English at professional working proficiency level (C1) is mandatory; Chinese fluency is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage the digital transformation team, including digital product managers, analysts, and technical specialists.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and development support to team members.
Plan team capacity, allocate resources, and ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and solution-oriented team culture.
Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with PV module and BESS strategy.
Identify and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency across sales, projects, supply chain and service operations.
Oversee the implementation and optimisation of ERP/CRM/data platforms for PV and BESS needs.
Support digitalisation of BESS project lifecycle management including design coordination, delivery tracking, and performance monitoring.
Manage digital projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget.
Enable data-driven decision-making by improving data integration, reporting, and analytics across operations.
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate impact of digital initiatives on performance.
Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvements across digital workflows and systems.
Develop, maintain, and improve digital processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and operations to translate requirements into scalable digital initiatives.
Act as interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to align priorities and delivery expectations.
Drive change management and promote a digital mindset across the organization.
Stay updated with technologies and trends in renewable energy, digitalisation, and energy storage.
