Alibaba Group in Madrid, Spain, seeks an IT Service Manager to deliver professional IT services for the AIDC offices, lead frontline staff, and optimize ITSM processes. You will cooperate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure high service quality and timely delivery, including AV, helpdesk, asset management, and VIP support, in a dynamic regional setting.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT service management, operations and IT infrastructure.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience; strong project and team management skills.
• Experienced in IT help desk support, asset management, AV support and VIP service.
• Proficient in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Preferred: PMP, Scrum/Agile, ITIL certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver IT service in the AIDC office area and manage front-line personnel (helpdesk, AV, asset services).
• Improve ITSM processes and ensure alignment with stakeholders and internal departments.
• Regularly produce analysis reports on IT service operations and monitor indicators.
• Act as project manager to plan, design, develop and implement IT projects in the region.
