Montarelo Recruiting in Madrid seeks an experienced SAP SD/OTC consultant to support existing processes in a highly customized ECC environment, focusing on tickets, incidents, and application management. This role emphasizes collaboration with IT and external partners, with 70-80% dedicated to support and 20-30% to projects.

English skills are essential for daily communication; Spanish skills are highly recommended.

Formación

• Genuine 2–3 years of SAP ERP ECC consulting experience.
• Strong SAP SD expertise including OTC/OTC processes.
• Good understanding of incident analysis and application management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 70–80% support: tickets, incidents, AMS, maintenance, 2nd level support.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure smooth SAP integrations.
• Participate in improvement projects when required.
• Travel to Hamburg very limited, for alignment if needed.
