Задачи

• Assume complete responsibility for the mobile application's architectural integrity, scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Develop and enhance shared components, libraries, and essential tools to streamline mobile development
• Champion and embed leading practices to promote high quality and productivity
• Partner with the AI team to integrate advanced agentic and AI models into the mobile platform
• Mentor and guide emerging engineers, sharing technical knowledge and supporting professional growth
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver unified user experiences
• Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure a fluid and responsive application
• Establish and promote unit, integration, and UI testing protocols.

Требования

• Several years of experience delivering production-grade software at scale
• Direct architectural responsibility for mobile applications
• Extensive multi-year experience developing and maintaining mobile applications with Dart and Flutter
• Hands-on experience with mobile DevOps, including CI/CD setup, app store deployment, and release cycle orchestration
• Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for using artificial intelligence as part of an engineering platform
• Drive to improve internal development processes and proactively address efficiency impediments
• Strong analytical thinking, cross-functional communication, and collaboration skills.
